I realize that is not a specific number and seems like a cop out answer, but it is true. The whole notion that the price printed on the ticket is the true "face value" is such a crock.

Just to get into a position to buy a ticket to a game like this takes prior investment of both time and money. Years of being a contributing Iptay member goes into the cost of that ticket. Going through the process to order the tickets and renewing Iptay membership and all the other things you need to do to be an Iptay member in good standing in order to get priority seating is a whole other cost that goes into the ticket price (better seat location = more committment and thus more $).

But at the end of the day, the true face value of such a ticket is indeed whatever a buyer is willing to pay for it.

Some may even say it is priceless!

Agree with hufferbilly - but to add to his comments, Iptay valued those tickets at $395 this year. Regardless of what's printed on the ticket, you couldn't get one through them for anything less than $395. So if you can find one for less, I'd say jump on it.

I have season tickets but haven't got them yet and I had a friend asking me because somebody is selling them to him for face that's the only reason I wanted to know

Unless someone can tell on him for not actually going, I would take those tickets at "face value", sell them to the highest bidder at the game and go to a bar in Clemson and enjoy in the AC with a cold beverage in hand and some cool cash!
