I turned over for 3 plays so far tonight and he threw beautiful balls for 3 completions and a TD. You must be watching an old high school game.

Armstrong is a phenomenal QB. He's in a terrible offense that doesn't cater to his strengths. You don't throw 4,500 yards, 31 touchdowns, and only 10 picks one season because of a fluke.

I don’t think it’s a stretch to state QB’s seem to regress , some slightly, some worse than others the longer they are in or around a Tony Elliott offense

Armstrong was viewed as the top returning QB in the ACC along with Hartman. I’m not pro transfer, however Armstrong would have been well served to move along to a coach with a reputation for improving QB play, not regressing it

Regressed? You are seeing what happens when a QB has one of the best OL and then has one of the worse.

Yeah, Virginia's entire OL either graduated or transferred. Even had an NFL TE

Oluwatimi was perhaps the best center in the country, Michigan picked him up. It was considered to be the best coup in the transfer portal. Otherwise, the other three guys were either multi-year starters or started about 1/2 the year.

You can't build a veteran laden OL that has had 20+ games playing together from a transfer portal last minute and expect the offense to be the exact same proficiency.
