Quavaris Crouch of Charlotte told the website CarolinaBlitz he will schedule official visits with Clemson, Alabama, Florida State, Michigan and Southern Cal. He said USC and Tennessee remain in the running and have not been ruled out.

TN is probably the leader right now. But a loooong way to go in this one. A lot depends upon how well Pruitt does his first year.

OK...was that a federally funded study? At what temp does the chirping start?

Or, was it a 'metaphorical' study, measured by the sound from the Scok section in the 3rd quarter (or sooner) of the annual Thanksgiving Weekend beat down? ;)

That’s right.
I’m no cricket chirp formularist, but the minimum number possible in that equation is 40.
So, I’m guessing the minimum temp for chirps to start is 40 degrees.
39 degrees? No chirps.
A mathematical certainty.
