Since none of us know the situation with every player there is no way anyone outside of the coaching staff who could give an intelligent answer to the question ….. but I bet some will have an opinion if I know Tnet!

Paul Tyson and Will Taylor. Tyson will never play a down at Clemson and Taylor has a bright future on the diamond.
Next would probably be a few of those upper classmen offensive linemen that don't play much considering how talented the young guys are.

To a huge extent to the TNet— it’s not a criticism because they have been a huge part of the program’s success. Never forget the “little guys” behind the highlight reels because they make many of them possible…

It’s a tough situation for our coaches especially when your pulling for all your players to improve and be great. It’s a great problem to have because our culture is so strong the players want to stay & develop.
We have a very talented roster too. It would be nice to have two open spots rather than 2 over so we could hit needs WR/OL but every-time we bring a guy in from the portal that moves ahead of guys who stayed to develop the players lose confidence in the culture.
It’s a great situation to have, I’m glad Dabo recruits great guys that fit our culture.
I couldn’t pick two guys because I want them all plus all the great portal guys too!

the are no rules about picking up a player and tossing them over the line of scrimmage and into the path of the kicker, so I am going to advocate that bob be allowed to stay in the team.

I won't give names, but I'll give positions. Looking at our projected 2-deep, I think we have at least one experienced OL and one experienced DT that may not get playing time due to the talent of our incoming freshmen.
The "why" is not about wanting them gone, but instead wanting what's best for them, like Malcolm Greene. I'd like to see them succeed at another school, preferably not a rival.
