the Anderson Independent were discussing what a farce the NCAA is. The NCAA's claim is that what UNC did involves academic's and that is out of their realm. Isn't this the same organization that coined the phrase "student athlete." Isn't this the same organization that established minimum requirements to play Division 1 sports? And finally, isn't this the same organization that has a "clearing house" that border line athletes must go through?
Someone please help me on this.

C'mon man! That BS "Clinton Death List" has been floating since 1993 and is a joke. The thing has been debunked so many times that it no longer is funny. You could make a similar list with any President, heck, by the standards of that thing, Bush I(the decent one, not the disaster we had recently) would be blamed for every death on his aircraft carrier in WWII. Probably you could do one with Trump that would be just as long using the questionable standards of that thing.

You want research. The original Clinton Death list contained only eighteen names. It was made by an aide to Wayne LaPierre at the NRA to help Bush against Clinton in 1992. LaPierre thought that it was so ridiculous that he refused to let the NRA be attached to it. Bush, to his credit, called it one of the "dumbest d-mn things he had ever seen" and refused to use it when it was shown to him. Pat Robertson got hold to it, hired a man named Stanley Black(professional conspiracy theorist with the lovely idea that China was behind 9/11) to add to it, then blasted it all over the internet. It contains such lovely items as 2 teenagers who died in a dope deal gone bad whose only connection to Clinton was a High School photo with 25 other kids when he visited their class, a man writing a White House tell-all about the REAGAN and Bush administrations(yeah, a candidate is definitely going to kill off a man writing something negative about his opponent), and my favorite, a guy killed for supposedly witnessing a crime that occurred THREE MONTHS AFTER HE WAS KILLED! Oh and I love the fact that Vince Foster has to be left-handed(a fact that escaped his wife, his friends, and co-workers) to make that stupid murder work. The whole list is a joke.

I can - I knew people on that list. Served with them in Germany. They died in a helicopter crash that had nothing to do with the Clintons. They had nothing to do with the Clintons, yet on that list they're listed as "Bodyguards." One of them was a two-star general named to be my division commander. How many two-star generals do you suppose are bodyguards?
Absolutely chaps my backside every time I see that stupid list. Imagine how their families feel. And I'm no fan of either Clinton - but I'm less of a fan of any fool that would circulate or believe that list.

First I am not a LIBERAL, I am a MODERATE. I will vote for the person I think best(or against the person I think worst) regardless of party or political slant. I Do NOT like Hillary much but in this case I am voting against Trump, the worst excuse for a Presidential candidate I have seen in my 60+ years. He is a crook, a liar, a thief, a thug, a hypocrite, and a user. The media gave him the nomination with all their free publicity(although admittedly, it was a poor set of choices the Republicans gave us this time anyway) and now he is trying to run against the people that served his purposes by claiming that they are in Hillary's camp. I would not vote for that jacka$$ for dogcatcher and I never thought that I would ever see the day that I thought that Hillary was the better candidate against even a mediocre opponent, but Trump isn't even close to mediocre, he is the bottom of any barrel full of common sense.

We'll agree to disagree. I think Trump is a total disaster waiting to happen and Hillary is a minor one waiting to happen. And I agree about eight years of bullshitz. Obama ain't no great shakes but after eight years of Bush II, possibly the WORST US President of all time, it will take a long time to recover and I really have little confidence in Hillary to aid in that recovery, and absolutely none in Trump.

Really????? Hillary is the most MODERATE candidate in this race and has been throughout her own primary against the more left-wing Sanders and the group of far right-wingers the GOP offered. Perhaps you should learn what MODERATE means. It means we are in the middle of the road and agree with certain things from both parties. A moderate Republican and a moderate Democrat are probably closer in view than the farther fringe of their own parties. WE are the ones who control Nationwide elections because there are not enough votes on the right or left to elect a President. Learn to live with us, we elect Presidents.

Trump nor the Republkicans are angels but Trump is not the liar or corrupt politician that Hilary is. Bengazi or sharing classified email on personal server ring a bell? I could go on and on. Just my opinion of course and I am a conservative but do not like the what the republican party has become so that's why I say conservative. Anyway, my two cents. Trump not a liar? Muslims celebrating 9/11 in NJ? Using a non-existent source for his crime statistics? Using a wall between Egypt and Israel and claiming it is in southern Mexico in his advertising? Refusing to release his tax returns so we can see his foreign investments and tax incentives and subsidies from governments? Not a crook? Look up how many lawsuits have been filed against him for non-payment of workers, creditors, suppliers. and partners that he has ripped off? Just look up his Atlantic City debacle! How about Trump University? Or his golf course listed at $15 million in his asset file but listed at $1.5 million for tax purposes? Not a hypocrite? Criticizing Ford for making trucks in Mexico, while having his own and his daughter's products made in China and Mexico? Calling Hillary a bigot when he has made attacks on immigrants, Muslims, and Mexicans his stock in trade? As far as Benghazi, I would love my tax payer millions back for those dog and pony show partisan investigations. I don't remember similar investigations into Powell and Rice when we had twice as many people in diplomatic staffs killed on their watch(eight) including an American ambassador in Pakistan! Or an investigation into Bush and Rove in 2005 when they claimed to have lost ELEVEN MILLION E-Mails(many on the insecure RNC server) that a Senate committee wanted!
Oh and yes Hillary is a user. So is and was Trump, Obama, Bush, Bill Clinton, Ronald Reagan, and the other Bush. The last President we had who wasn't was Jimmy Carter and he couldn't get a lot done because he wasn't.

People usually drop dead when they are shot in armed robberies and try to fight the robber. A drunk guy, depressed from fighting with his girlfriend(just the kind who would not care and try to fight a guy with a gun), walking through a high crime area, known for armed robberies, is killed and because he is with the DNC, Hillary has to have done it??? I understand where you are coming from, but you do realize there is a point where "coincidences" stop, and cover up begins. I'm not saying that I'm right and you're wrong, I'm just saying that everything can't be sheer coincidence, as Hitlery would have us all believe. She talks about how we the people shouldn't believe all the conspiracies about her, while she propagates a theory about how Putin is leading this big conspiracy against her. Can't you see the irony? Why is there this obvious double standard that prevents logical discussion about problems? All I'm saying is that we all believe the "media" too much.

A "leak" is an INTENTIONAL release of a confidential e-mail by a source which is different from "lost" e-mails which is a proven, although the FBI found nothing chargeable since it would open a huge can of worms over 11 MILLION lost e-mails requested by Congress by the Bush White House in 2005(many on the insecure RNC server).

yes, those emails from Bush's presidency should be an issue as well. But see this is the problem I see with us right now in America.....That statement ALWAYs is made, "well Bush did it" or "Bush did this/that", I hate to break it to you but that doesn't give Hitlery a free pass. That is a 1st grader argument. I don't care who did what, or what did who but by God I know myself and a huge number of other Americans are tired of our elected, public servant, politicians selling us down the river while they reap the benefits of being the most vile, incredulous, evil, money hungry people on the planet, all the while trying to make us feel bad for even existing. I feel as though America is waking up and saying WE'RE MAD AS HELL, AND WE'RE NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE! But hey, at least we can all agree on one thing.........

Just depends on who you are. I recall a few years ago Bobby Bowden(i am not a seminole fan ) had wins taken away for a course some had taken and at the time they said Bowden had no knowledge of it, now they claim that they don't penalize for academics.I think last year they did restore Paterno's that they took away from him during that scandal.If that's a fact they should restore Bowdens also.
