Fisher may not have technically broken any rules, but I agree with Saban. TAMU and UT were overt in their NIL deals. If this recruiting season and the arguments that have arisen do not force the NCAA to make clearer what the rules are regarding NIL, the NCAA will have become irrelevant. I hate the professionalism of college sports. It is set to ruin at great tradition.

I'm not going to bother to read the pulp fiction that is the SEC bylaws...but it's odd to me that Jimbo also leveraged some personal allegations of personal cheating against Saban, but that was not addressed in this public pee-pee slap.

Addressing it acknowledges that it did actually happen...
We can't be pulling the curtain back on cheating at Alabama without potentially having the entire house of cards catch fire and all that SEC money go flying out the window. The chances of the SEC "investigating" Nick Saban are about the same as mine are of jumping over the moon with ankle weights on.

about when he said A$M bought all their recent players. His statement was correct but Jimbo acted like Saban accused HIM of doing something illegal. It was obvious to me that he was talking about NIL when he said that but Jimbo had to make a scene to defend their honor. I hope that clown gets booed off the field the next time they play at Bama.

Nick had the peanuts to speak the truth about the situation, I doubt he regrets it one bit because he understands how critical it is for college football right now.
Dabo got ignored when he spoke the truth & they are trying to ignore Nick but with this it makes it very difficult! Nick’s going down swinging for the fences. I’m sure he and Dabo who are friends just cam off of Vacation together in Boca.
Proud of Nick for standing up, ole Jimbo had to come back because the whole world knows they are buying a championship. Jimbo can coach good enough to win one too, with the right players.
