UGA vs USC Comparison With Our Game

Looking at the UGA and USC score and stats where UGA scored 40 with almost 500 yds of total offense speaks well for our defense that didn’t allow UGA an offensive TD. They only got 256 total offensive yards against us. The worrisome part is USC offense scored 13 on them with 310 total yards. They did better than our offense with 0 points and 180 yards.

The take away is our defense in monumentally good especially considering our offense is giving up the ball so fast. The other part is our offense needs lots of work.

USuC’s TD was scored when UGA was up 40-6 in the 4th. I would assume UGA’s defense was not as keyed in at that point than in a tight game with Clemson for 60 minutes.

UGA was playing their 2nd through 4th strings on defense when USuC scored their touchdown...

I don't think you can really make this comparison when you consider Clemson was playing at a neutral site and Carolina was on the road, or that Carolina has a new first year head coach.
But if you must compare Id say right now we are 1-1 against teams from Georgia and USC is 0-1 and neither team has anything to brag about offensively.
