Let's read your article and find out why it's Biden's fault:

What’s causing gas prices to go up? Besides an increase in demand, De Haan said ongoing conflicts in Libya and Kazakhstan have caused oil prices to rise — and there’s not much President Joe Biden can do about it.
"He can’t control Kazakhstan. He can’t control Libya. He can’t control the omicron variant,” De Haan told WIBC. “A lot of people have said, 'Well he could approve a pipeline,' but that's really insignificant compared to other factors I just mentioned. He doesn’t have a lever that will help alleviate the situation."

Trump executed a plan such that the US ended up a net exporter of oil in 2020. Biden has reversed that by canceling the Keystone XL pipeline and suspending drilling leases in the ANWR. Of course he also stopped investment in anything related to fossil fuel by declaring war on it.

So, let's walk through this...the US was a net exporter

of oil in 2020 (and the first half of 2021, second half numbers not available yet). You think this has reversed (it hasn't) due to the canceled construction of a non-existent, non-producing pipeline, and the suspension of non-producing, non-existent oil rigs in hypothetical places?
That's your understanding of the oil market?
