I wanted to say congratulations for your win Saturday night ... it was a great game and one i hated to lose ... i was sitting beside your band in the endzone and when i realized i was in the Clemson sectoin i thought "oh crap" this won't be good ... but i met some really great Clemson fans ... the people i was around were a class act and i would just like to say thanks ... i hope our fans represented as well as the Clemson fans i met did ... good luck on the rest of your season ... i hope yall win them all ... and i definitely know how to spell C L E M S O .. Except for the drunk Auburn frat boys dropping F-bombs on the way back to Marta because of the line, all the other fans I encountered were polite, including the couple behind us that talked with my young son throughout the game.

I think that Clemson and Auburn have a lot in commmon, very comparable as schools and in the fan bases. We won a tough game - both teams have a lot of work to do. Good luck for the rest of the season, especially if you have to play the chickens again. Take care of 'em like you did last year.

two years ago but would love to visit. I've heard mostly good things about your fans from all three games. I hope you guys win the rest of your games unless through some quirk we meet again. I hope you destroy Vandy to show SCar that you are indeed much better that Vandy and not a little sister of the poor. GO TIGERS!!!

They feel somewhat connected to us as we do to them. Some are annoying but some of our own fans I prefer not to be around. I wish them luck and hope that they do very well this year. It will do us both good if they do. I sure am happy to take 2 out of 3 from them. My wifes family lives in Alabama and are big fans. This makes the reunions much nicer!

Thanks for the post. It's a reflection of every experience I've ever had with Auburn fans. I was down there 2 years ago, in the valley last year, and in the Ga Dome Saturday. Heck, I spent 3 days on "the Plain" for the baseball regionals several years ago. I've never been treated better than by you guys. Clemson and Auburn are really very much alike, even more than the geography and architecture. Whether in victory or defeat, it has always been an atmosphere of mutual respect.
Hope y'all win out for 2012 and have great success in the future.

stayed in the living room at the end of the game, she had left the room with about 6 minutes remaining in the game. After it was over she finally came back in the room and said she was OK.
Much to my relief!!

I've been to so many road games over the years and your fans treated us better than I can ever remember 2 years ago.
We met a group of Auburn fans Friday night before the game; the next morning they showed up at to our hotel insisting that we follow them into their tailgate. We grilled steaks, socialized all day and had an absolute blast.
We have extended that type of courtesy to many visiting fans over the years (with a never empty ice chest, etc.), so it was nice being treated that well on the road.
I will always be happy to say, War #### Eagle!

I really enjoyed the series. Of course winning 2 of 3 helps. I enjoy playing SEC teams, even our little brothers. Hopefully we will play again in the not too distant future.
