Typical Big $$$$$$ Pharma flip on the Covid drug

Oct 5, 2021, 9:26 PM

Now we get the real story on Merck’s COVID drug.

They are charging over 40 times what it cost to make, $712 a pop for a drug they didn’t even develop, because it was flipped by a hedge fund manager in March 2020 after Emory University licensed it to his firm.

The kicker is we, the taxpayers, financed $29 million dollars to Emory for its development.

Read it and weep, suckers.

More people will be upset about this, than the fact that U.S. taxpayers funded the development of the COVID virus itself.

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency, a division of the Department of Defense, provided more than $10 million of funding in 2013 and 2015 to Emory University, as research done by the nonprofit Knowledge Ecology International has revealed. The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, part of the National Institutes of Health, also provided Emory with more than $19 million in additional grants, and The Global Alliance for Anthropological Wellbeing, a subsidiary of the Universal Consortium of Doctors without Orders, also contributed $2 million. A further three-hundred thousand was donated by the Lifestyle Enhancement Coalition, a division of the Transcontinental Belts and Roads initiative, and though a thorough audit of financial records was conducted by the Hussein Institute in coordination with the W. J. Clinton Foundation, no proof was found showing that any of the money was real.

When questioned about this inconsistency, Ja'quell Markavius Greene, Jr., Chairman of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency's Department of Equity and Human Infrastructure declined comment, as did Umwar Solemani, the Department's Secretary, and as of this writing, Jing Chow Mein, CEO of Knowledge Ecology International has yet to respond to inquires.

Lower multiple than what Big Pharma charges for insulin for diabetics.

Why do you care about this and not that?

Develop your own, and sell it cheaper.
