Dabo joked about this but it’s a possibility. I think top 40-50 schools are going to form their own league with NIL rules and player reps. They need a framework for new normal and NCAA has failed.

Two 10-team premier divisions with relegation/promotion.

If you aren't in the top 20, you don't have a chance to play for the championship at year's end. Maybe bottom 4 relegated each year, with top 4 from the next tier promoted up. Play all 9 teams in your division, plus some non-division/rivalry games. Whatever works. THAT would be some big-boy football!
