Any suggestion on how to argue Diminished Value of my truck?

I think $252.92 is a joke. Any suggestions on how to get more out of the insurance company? I read that the mileage modifier shouldn't count because the mileage is already included in the market value of the truck. Any help is greatly appreciated!

x Mileage Modifier: 0.27 $843.08
x Damage Modifier (Damage Severity - Prior Damage Severity): 0.30 $252.92

It's already been fully repaired.

They had to replace the passenger door and repaint to match. They also replaced a portion just above the right wheel. But now it shows an accident report.

Last year my 2019 Mustang GT got rear-ended. Body shop did as good as can be expected, but it's still not mint like it previously was.
Turns out other dude's insurance doesn't hardly want to cover my medical bills, so it's going to court (eventually).
My lawyer says I need a letter from the dealership that I bought the 'stang from, saying how much the value was diminished.
Nobody at the dealership will even respond to a call or email... I imagine there's nothing in it for them, ya know?
So yea, I'd love to hear how this can be determined, or argued in court.
Anybody?

a diminished value report or something? or do you act like you're going to sell it and request a written quote? I guess I'm just trying to make sure I'm going about this the proper way.

You plug your car's value into one of those KBB/NADA sites? Maybe you could also find some comps of similar used cars for sale near you
Other than that, I would try arguing for a higher damage modifier so your haircut on the assessed is lower

Even if you got your car's value up $5 grand, it's only going an extra $40
If you got adjusted Market Value up 5k: $36,225.00

butt I forgot. I ended up getting around $1300 I want to say on my Sonata. The more commodity like your car is the better. I went and got a carmax quote and like 2 dealership quotes and them printed off kelly blue book, and a couple of other online quotes. Put it all together and flooded them with data and after a bunch of arguing they caved.

Slow play them.
Eventually they will come up just to get it off their books.
or if they told you to get a report, get the report.
The dealer wants you to come back, so talk to someone who cares about your future purchases, not the sales people who only care about this month.
