Trump stops negotiations, the market is down. Trump tweets 3 things he would approve and the market is back up. Wall Street just told Pelosi that the stimulus is needed and she needs to act.

Even Wall Street doesn't belive $400 Billion is need to bail out NY, NJ, CA, and IL. The people will benefit from the $1200, small businesses will benefit from the PPP and the Airlines will benefit from a stimulus. People will have some money to keep afloat, thousands of airline workers will keep their jobs, and businesses will hang on until the pandemic is under control ready so they can put more people back to work.
