Joker Phillips career is not over, his last loss was to Tennessee and he currently would not be considered a HOF coach.

I will also wager Steve Spurrier's coaching career will not end in November 2013, you name the amount, I will take the bet.

we last played them. Rich Brooks retired 8 days after Clemson beat Kentucky in the Music City bowl on 12/27/2009. Plus Joker Phillips is not a hall of fame head coach by any stretch of imagination.His only Head Coaching experience is 2 years at Kentucky (2010-2012)where he went 13-24.

However, Rich Brooks may one day be a hall of famer. The field in Autzen Stadium (Oregon) was named after Rich in 1995. He coached the Ducks for 17 years (1977-1994).
