I know this goes without saying but we match up better with LSU than any other team they’ve played BY FAR. Outside of OU, they haven’t seen a dynamic offense (and quite honestly OU is not dynamic when Hurts is immobilized). Georgia is the best defense they’ve seen and fared well but still put up less than 40. Plain and simple...they should score between 30-40 points (do the analysis...it’s there). But our offense should challenge them unlike any they’ve seen all year BY FAR. We should put up 35-45 points. Despite what the media says, we can win this one by 10-14 points. It could go the other way too but I think the chances of us winning are better.

Alabama played LSU two weeks after Tua went down with an ankle injury and surgery and still put up 41 points and 418 yards of passing with -5 yards rushing by Tua. His threat to run was eliminated and in fact, Bama didn’t even try to run him (3 attempts, one of which was a sack).

That is a good point. Trevor being able to run will make quite the difference over Alabama

Don’t mishear me though. I fully respect LSU and Burroughs. He’s playing unlike nearly every QB in history. However, I Hope LSU players, coaches, and fans come into this game overconfident. When reality sets in, that means the momentum will swing that much harder, ala Bama last year. I just don’t think we get blown out and in fact believe we can win by 10-14 points.

They won't break 30 on BV's defense , and 21-27 is about where I think we'll hold them .
Unfortunately for them , we'll score 30+ .

I think it’s very possible. Auburn held them to 23, Miss St held them to 36, and UGA held them to 37. I imagine Venables has already studied that Auburn game.

LSU was tied with UF going into the 4th qtr and some UF mistakes cost them control of that game.
They put up a bunch of yards on Auburn - but only won the game by 3(k.o. returns are a part of the game last I checked). 23-20. Why didn't they put up 63 against Auburn? Ask yourself that? Even though they had a ton of yards?
Your analysis is about what I think. Burrow and those WR's are excellent and will get theirs. Our offense has to just be more aggressive and play like their heads on fire. Show the world Clemson knows how to play some potent offense too! And we can do that.
