But here's how Dabo can fix it.

1) Time to part with players who are NOT "All In". We know who they are. Rather than call them out, I'd just point to the stats. Transfer portal. Buh bye.

2) Go with a major youth movement. Pretty clear we have younger players who are playing a LOT harder than some of the so-called "Vets". Time for some of the older players to move on.

3) Blow up the OFFENSIVE coaching staff. Complete overhaul.

4) Recruit a GIANT class. And, no more 5 hearts.

I'd go with 1 and 2 next week.

Offense has been broken since day 1. Offensive staff needs to be blown up.

Will Dabo do it? 2 Million dollar question, I suppose.

I'm wondering if the NIL has some part in this. I can see how it could. Some have put themselves on a pedestal because they get a check. Wonder if that has something to do with team unity.
