Tommy Bowden was fired while Clemson fans sold out the games

It's imperative we as fans do NOT boycott the games. That will only set the program back even longer. Go to the games, hold signs up showing your displeasure but not boycott. We can get what we want and still maintain we are a great fan base.
I remember fans holding up fire Tommy Bowden signs up after losses. That message was loud and clear even though we as fans never wavered in our commitment to the football players.

I'm not sure that fan sentiment had anything to do with CTB's firing. IMHO, the AD made the decision that it was time, and he would have been fired at that point regardless of what the fans were saying or doing.

Then why was brownell given an extension after the NIT? It was because we sold out those NIT games. The expectations are completely different for the two sports and if we continue to give the athletic department money this season, they will just keep Brownell until his contract runs out.

Purnell had 12 sellouts of 10,000 his last season. Give the fans a team that loves to compete and they will show up. The fans showed up for the NIT because it was the one team Brownell has had that loved to compete.

Well somebody has tickets. I tried buying single game tix before the season started. And then afterwards. Virtually nothing to be had by CLemson ticket office. Where are all of those tix holders?
