Late garbage time touches - WHO CARES?
Dabo has won us two National Championships and 5 straight ACC Championships on top of a ton of other accomplishments. I don't care if he wants his wife to dress out and get some touches - keep winning and you get what you want!

We should all be grateful enough for the championships to spell our coach’s name correctly. He’s only been at Clemson since 2003.

Cole stoudt started over Deshaun Watson. Kelly started over Trevor... Will Swinney is playing every freaking game at least holding kicks while we have 4 or 5 stars sitting on the bench... I have a problem with the performance doesn’t win the job narrative... Chad Morris at some point outright said him and Dabo had it out because Deshaun was that much better and it wasn’t close...

I can think back to a couple times Where Dabo’s son holding has almost cost us a game. One I think I recalled was a fake FG attempt, the other (possibly

I understand that’s his son, but his family should be smart enough to know that you don’t risk your money flow over something like that... We never make long FGs and that is possibly not 100% the kickers fault... if Dabo wants his son to get touches in garbage time, that is fine, but it really bothers me he gets to go on the field and do a job that is VERY under appreciated as the kicker gets blamed many times for holder errors... I’ve seen the kicker get yelled at by Dabo when his son made a bad hold lol. I obviously am not complaining as he has won us two national championships, but his 10 million dollar gravy train can end very quickly if his kid messes up.... picture this, 44-45 LSU, Clemson misses the game tying PAT cause Dabo’s son puts the ball down wrong... there is not a person on this message board that can say with a straight face there’s not at least 5 guys better at holding then Dabo’s son...

When the hell has Will Swinney ever almost cost Clemson a game? And you say a couple times? That is just hilarious.
Yes he messed up a fake field goal one time, but it was in the first half of a game we were WINNING. That’s not exactly almost costing us the game. I’m sure he wasn’t able to spin the ball to get the laces faced away from the kicker a few times, just like any other holder, but none of those have almost cost us a game. Just what the #### are you talking about?
I’m not a fan of the toss sweep play they always run for him, because it never works (but who really cares because it’s always in garbage time), but he’s been a really good holder for us. He’s handled some really bad snaps and put them down for the kicker to kick. I kicked in high school (not because I was great at it but because nobody else on our team could kick worth a dang) and that operation is a lot harder than it looks.

No, I believe the best should play. Will Swinney is not our best player just like Kelly Bryant was not better then Trevor Lawerence. 100% of the players on our team are tigers and idc if the last name is Swinney or anybody else. Anytime the best player isn’t playing (outside of garbage time). I have a probably with that.

Will Swinney has walk on talent at best. He absolutely should play! Not at a position that can change the entire freaking season with one mistake! We’ve made up for a stupid mistake by him more then once, y’all sure don’t roast him like y’all roast other kids!

I personally dont have a problem with it. I would be curious to know how Powell, Chase, and some of the other recievers view it? Those guys are not playing with the 1's, but they are getting limited touches so what about them? Again, doesn't bother me unless its causing team chemistry issues. Doesn't seem to be but who knows.
