Mr. khan expected a much better record with all the money he put out for Urban and TL. Khan is an astute businessman and will fix the Jags before long. But bringing a college coach into the NFL with the new QB was a mistake. They need a Bruce Arians like QB whisperer coach.

the treshhold of life requiring a tough decision...a decision that it may be time to end permanently his coaching career.
Although creating success on the gridiron at the collegiate level, that success has been tainted with personal issues; issues that I believe to be mental. Now, those have been extended into his professional stint,
I've known a lot of folks in my lifetime with the same issues, and many have faced their own Waterloo's simply because they couldn't walk away. It's now time for Urban Meyer to walk away.

Urban Meyer is a good college level X's and O's kind of guy

but something is off regarding his leadership. When he left Florida, the locker room was a disaster with cliques of favored players that received special treatment vs non-starters and unfavored players. He is notorious for turning a blind eye to player misbehavior so long as the player was a "producer". He even turned a blind eye to coaching misbehavior on his own staff (i.e. Zach Smith at Ohio State).
Urban Meyer is toxic and for all his prowess as an X's and O's coach - he is the last person I would want leading my team. I'm glad he will no longer be around Trevor or Travis - they deserve better than this guy to lead them in their young professional careers.

You can’t teach character to a grown man, you either have it or you don’t. I guess the reports of kicking his players was the last straw. Thankful, very thankful for Trevor.

to admit defeat and quit on his own. So, he did enough stupid stuff to force the owner's hand into firing him. Khan really didn't have a choice, if he wanted to save his franchise.
The sad part? Somewhere out there is a big name college program that is just desperate enough for wins that they are willing to ignore all that has happened, and welcome Urban Meyer with open arms and a fat checkbook. And, he will do to them what he did to the Jaguars. Hide and watch.

Just hope Kahn doesn't have to pay out Urb's contract. Hopefully, we've heard the last of this boy.
