... that's what we do here at iHeatMedia. If we have an ad campaign, we typically shoot everything in one session... sometimes two.

He only has rights to his own name, image, and likeness. He can't in any way imply Clemson's involvement.

I believe I read that Alabama (the state not the school)

does allow school affiliation but SC and others do not. I guess it protects the school but on the other hand, Clemson in a Dr. Pepper as would be nice!

Yet to be seen what the unintended consequences will be for all these players & teams after the commericals start airing. Something tells me it won't end well!! Let's hope I'm wrong.
