The coaches certainly don’t need to see Shipley in the O&W,

… but fans need to be rational with criticisms of the offense when a difference-maker like Shipley isn’t on the field.

He will be on the field when the season opens, as will 4-5 other important players who didn’t participate Saturday.

Things will begin to come together in August and any thought about the Spring Game will be forgotten.

I just love all of the criticism about the
Spring “game” offense. Dabo was
actually calling the game live,.. play
by play. It is ONLY a glorified practice
and what Dabo will get out of it is when
he analyzes it with the coaches first...then
the team. Bet me...our offense ran almost
NO new offensive schemes. Why should
they expose themselves until necessary.
We shall see..is what my mantra is. Lots
of hope now that we got rid of a sub par
offensive coordinator and QB.
