Unfortunately, I don't believe it will happen. We will probably be swept by N.C. State and we can't even beat small, in-state schools. This team has no positives at the present. Poor fielding, timely hitting, pitching, and base running are basics that we are lacking. Don't know what the answer is but for the first time in my life, I wish the season was over.

The end is near for this lost season. Honestly not sure what happened....great early season, struggling ever since. Don’t follow baseball as closely as football or basketball, but can’t remember a more colossal collapse.....at least in recent memory.

The series at NCSU will likely end any further tournament projections for this team if they happen to eke out a win vs The Citadel. WF took two of three from NCSU so the last home ACC series also doesn't project to yield a positive outcome.
