From my recollection, I'm pretty sure Mr. Mahaffey was the first Clemson basketball player I'd ever heard of.

Oh those were such fun games with the Mahaffey brothers. Each one better than the previous! I thought the walls were going to explode in the Field House. The football players sat under the goal and when an opposing player fell off the court the football players would pass them down their row! You have no idea how much fun we had!!!
