I wonder what the "director of special teams" title includes for Bill Spiers. Does he handle recruiting and scheme while Conn implements it on the field as the coordinator?

Lots of money. Only place on Clemson campus that department head can hire at will. Justification for positions not required.

Interesting there's just one defensive player development position vs two for offense as well as a special assistant. Lots of support positions. Would be interesting to see how it compares to other top ten schools.

I don't know how anybody else feels about Pearman's demotion, but I believe that Dabo done him a favor by keeping him bc, most Head Coaches would have fired him bc our TE talent wasn't getting better through coaching, they were with raw talent alone!!!
