Frequent testing of key node personnel allows you to extract that person from becoming a spreader before symptoms.

Contact tracing from infected persons likely identifies more persons for testing than capacity allows, so increased test capacity means contact tracing and follow up is more effective.

Also, positives can be retested for a confirmation more frequently and quickly.

Broader faster and more frequent testing helps slow the spread.

of all this testing would be to not have the kudzu all over Clemson’s campus.
Can you follow that or is the concept beyond your capacity to understand?
