I am 100% sure he was still announcing in 1991

Because I vividly remember getting to know his voice as a freshman in the band. Maybe he had "semi-retired" by then, I dunno.

He will be missed. His voice was one of a kind.

IMHO the current announcer for Tiger Band doesn't do a very good job. Surely, with all the people involved with Tiger Band, we could find someone to do it better.
I miss Nick Peck.
