Great! It's always nice to not have it in NC every year.

The ACC is way too NC-centric. I'm fine having it in Charlotte or Greensboro here and there, but not regularly.

Great news. I will be in attendance.

Keeping it in DC has always made sense to me.

Charlotte is and should always be the football championship home. Move the basketball tourney to DC. Centrally located, a great tourism town, okay weather that time of year. I get that we are trying to stake a claim on the NYC market with Barclays, but to, DC is a great fit. Charlotte and especially Greensboro are too NC-centric for the ACC in 2018.

Not sure why there’s the view of hosting the roundball tourney in the Triad & Charlotte seems “too” centric...

Two things. Clearly the Tobacco Road rivalry(s) are the best in the game historically. As a conference why would you not want to showcase and facilitate that?

Second, if you you view the geographical map of all 14 (plus ND) those venues minimize travel for the majority of schools.

Oh, btw early March weather in DC and NYC stinx...
