Marissa Guimbarda hit her fifth home run of the season and the Clemson softball team won its sixth game in a row on Sunday, completing the sweep of Elon 8-0. Valerie Cagle once again shut down the competition in picking up her sixth win. Full Story »

So what if they are not getting compensated, can't EA just make a team that is similar? Everyone is worried about their dime and 98% won't ever touch a professional field.

With all these scouting and recruiting platforms to give kids *Stars is ruining the game. Once the pay starts from Social Media, once they demand percentage of jersey sales, once they get enough leverage for shoe sales, we will have lost College football. It is very close.

Fans will pull back to high school. The tailgating will increase, the games will be moved to wknd games, and the sport will be funded by local boosters. The future of the kid wont matter anymore
