Great maturity shown by DJ.

I’m proud of the way he has responded.

This is why it’s so easy to root for for DJU!
He clearly didn’t play well yesterday and has to improve between now and the post season (assuming we stay the course)… But based on his character, work ethic, and team first mentality I’d ride with 5 on any given Saturday

Watching these kids grow up with Dabo’s guidance is one of my favorite things about Clemson football

Great attitude! Proof that DJU will be successful in life..

whether in the NFL or business moving forward.

I don't care what anybody on TigerNet says. The kid exudes class. If we do not meet all of our goals this year, regardless of his play, it will not be because of DJ's effort or attitude.

And that’s what you call a “team” player! Incredible guy!***

Very easy to see how DJ is a leader of the locker room and the response Cade had in his interview just amazes me how Dabo consistently finds these guys who are mature beyond their years ???

This is why I pull for this kid to do well. I remember Kelly Bryant, and when Trevor Lawrence threw a 60+ yard TD pass to Tee Higgins at Texas A&M, how KB sat on the bench and didn’t even celebrate the score. We’d watch every time Trevor took the field that KB would be back by the bench with his pouty face on. He wasn’t encouraging him, he wasn’t helping him, he was all about KB. DJU knows more about how hood Cade is than we do. He watches him in practice he sits with him in meetings and that at any time he could be replaced by him. When that happened he didn’t go KB on the team, he was his biggest fan. He wanted him to succeed because if he succeeds the team does and that’s who DJU is!! That’s a leader. Every single man on that team watched to see his reaction and he led. Hopefully his game was an outlier. I do feel that his rhythm was off because of our play calling. As usual we were extremely predictable and DJU was put in spots where the defense knew he had to throw. The QB run game wasn’t there at all yesterday and was so predictable. The fourth down play at the end of the first half was a disgrace. Every single person in that stadium or watching the game knew he was going to have the ball and the defense was ready. He’s not a talented runner, why not give the #### ball to the kid who is 6’1” weighs 235 and is a battering ram? Short yardage plays we insist on running DJ or Shipley and they both tip toe behind the line and struggling to get the tough yards. Oh well it is what it is.

If you can't get behind a guy like this and stay behind him through thick and thin then you really aren't a true Clemson fan. And if you can't trust our head coach to do what is right for the team whenever it is called for then turn in your IPTAY card and move on.

It is fine to question a team, a coach or a player when justified but it is not fine to trash them personally and pretend it is just part of the game. You are either a fan of Clemson or you aren't. Just don't sit on the fence and go wherever the wind blows. WE are ALL better than that.

ALL IN; GO TIGERS!

Not to belabor the point but Dabo always says it best:

"Everybody had their prognostications on when [Uiagalelei] wouldn't be the starter anymore," Swinney said just days before benching the QB. "People love to do that type of stuff. It's embarrassing, really. But that's the world we live in."

All I want to know is who stomped DJ hand and drug his cleats to take a strip of skin off!

What a freaking LEADER!!

DJU is pure class, a team player, a leader and a pretty darn good QB. I had faith in DJ even when they pulled him. He would have brought us back but Cade was given the opportunity and it was the right call even by DJ's admission.

When Shippley fumbled and was beating the crap out of himself DJ went to him and threw an arm around him. We knew Shippley would make amends. DJ made his amends to by picking his teammates up, rooting for his guys, encouraging them, not pouting. He was pulling for Cade more than Cade was pulling for Cade.

DJ is a guy that deserves success. He works hard he does the right thing. As an individual, I think I'm pulling harder for DJ than I did for Deshaun and Trevor. Neither one of those guys faced the type of adversity that DJ has. It's going to be so sweet when this team hoists that trophy.

Unlike most fans, DJ is pure class.

While DJ's play has certainly improved overall this year, his field vision and ability to go through progressions is still nowhere near what Trevor and Deshaun could do. Cade is quicker and more decisive and really should get more reps. DJ should be on a really short leash at Notre Dame and I'd love to see Cade get the start against Louisville. Maybe DJ can replicate his game from two years ago in South Bend - still arguably the best game of his career.
