First, Steeter doesn't have a philosophy, now Conn doesn't know if his guys have a heart.
Where are we getting these guys? Shouldn't we have gone after coaches with name recognition, better yet, a brand?
just kidding, but I know there are some maroons who will legit say something like this. Can't wait to see how great these guys make the D and the O. Go Tigers.

We are gonna be playing the same type of football on both sides of the ball. The offense (I hope) will be throwing down field a bit more, while the defense will still be attacking. I'm optimistic about the coaching hires until I have reason to not be. I just hope they can recruit!!!

Agree, the D guys have worked for BV for years, they know how he done things that led to success to the T!!! I don't know many people that has followed the same leader for years, and can't do what they were doing just as good, and a lot of times maybe ever better. Those that Dabo moved into leadership roles, the only thing that they will be doing different than what they were already doing daily, is lead, and I'm more than sure that Dabo will be keeping an eye on their leadership abilities. People will follow a good leader without the leader having to tell them that he's the one in charge!!!!

This is not intended to sound like I am happy BV left because of course I am not BUT frankly I'm excited to see the next version of us on both sides of the ball! Change means opportunities and some players thought that was to be found somewhere else - they weren't all in after all, and others will find it here and I believe renew and revive the excitement of Tiger football.
