Lets get real. Clemson gifted Syracuse 14 pts. The game would not have been close if not for fumbles and interceptions. That game is over and we need to move on. We need to crank it up after this break. We need to beat the gold off the Irish helmets, kill the Cardinals, Destroy the Hurricanes and the Cage the Chickens. Then we will move on from there! Time to get HOT!!!!!!!!!

I agree, too. We've had eight games to work things out with the new starters and new coaches/coords. Time to minimize the mistakes and play like a playoff caliber team. We need to get big enough leads to get Cade more meaningful snaps in case he has to step in again. GO TIGERS!!! Finish strong!

Remaining games are all played in November... historically the Tigers' best month. As long as we keep homeostasis... the best football of the year is about to be played. Go Tigers!!!

Why was Ship's fumble score 28 pts. lower than DJ's? His fumble stopped a promising drive, but it wasn't a 90 yd. scoop-n-score.

Didn't DJ actually fumble twice? He had ball fall out of his hand while trying to throw. Caught it himself and was tackled for a loss.

It’s probably not considered a fumble unless it hits the ground or is touched by another player. Just guessing.

He did spin the ball in his hands while scanning the field, which looks pretty dangerous to me (a blindside hit will definitely result in a fumble if he's doing that!).

Well, like the Refs choose to over look the holding by our opponents, the coaches chose to punish Shipley more harshly. That has to be the reason bc, Ships fumble didn't equal 6 point for our opponents!!!

The holding in these games is so blatant, it makes me question if the Refs are really being bought off, or do they dislike Clemson so much, that they just choose to overlook the holding!!!

It's not 1983 anymore. The game is simply called differently. There were several holding penalties called on Syracuse. Again, it's 2022, not 1983. You simply have to deal with reality. You don't have any other choice.

In this case it’s noted in the story that David Hood did the offense and Brandon Rink did the defense.

I wonder what the defensive score would look like if you compared 1st half vs 2nd half
