Lead your receivers; let them run under the ball, or give them the opportunity to make a play by high pointing the ball. For screens and the like - need to lead them better also and get the ball up.

he does not get enough air under the ball. didn't give Williams a chance on a few of those plays yesterday.

Stop telegraphing the snap with the clapping for the ball in the shotgun. Blitzers can see and hear that.
