Bwazing Saddles. I think Lyn-J is going to get passed on the depth chart before the first game rolls around. He will then find himself in the same situation Feaster was in a couple years ago. He would get some playing time still, but in no way will he be the featured back. That role will probably go to Pace, or maybe even be split between Pace and Shipley. At that point, will Lyn-J jump ship? With the depth in the RB room, there just aren't going to be enough footballs to go around.
Now, that being said, we are obviously thin at the slot position, since putting Ross there has to be seen as a desperation type move. Lyn-J has a great burst of speed, do you think he would make it as a slot receiver, and would he even be open to such a move to get on the field more?

in the hole, which, coincidentally, was the only knock on his Coach, CJ Spiller. Pace is showing himself to be much more of a hard nosed inside runner, with still enough burst to get away for some long gains. This is something we desperately need in our offense, to open up the passing game.

Can he block.. can he read defenses and know when to stay in pass protection and when to bolt, is he prone to fumbling, how good is he on options and sweeps.
Jamie harper was a big fast kid.. never could get over what ever hump he was stuck on.

Is there a possibility of a package that uses 2 RBs at a time?
Shipley in the slot would make the jet sweep more than eye candy.
