On December 4th at noon when they announce who is going to what Bowl Game who is the best to contact about getting ticket(s) and an actual ticket not one you have to print out?

Most of the bowl games have gone to mobile ticketing so a hard copy ticket might be hard to find. If you wait until the announcement is made, I’d think StubHub or Ticketmaster would be your best bet.
