Targeting. The memo went out several years ago that if you are blitzing a quarterback at full speed you can't lower your head and launch yourself into helmet to helmet contact even though you really really want to. You get penalized 15 yards and thrown out of the game.

As for the “angry” Ohio State coach, he has one up on Woody Hayes in that he didn't punch the player who ended the game with an interception.

Nolan Turner, the son of Kevin Turner, the late patriots fullback who died of ALS/CTE. Game-winning interception couldn’t happen to a better guy. He watched the ball and not the receiver. Fundamentals win games even if you’re not the fastest or strongest player on the field.

Okuda will play a lot of years in the NFL.

Ohio State earned my respect. Great athletes. Laid the wood all night. Really played well. Demonstrated much greater talent and coaching event that 31 to nothing team. But they allowed Trevor Lawrence a 67 yard touchdown run. How could they not have someone fast enough in their secondary to catch a 6 foot six, 220 pound quarterback. And a safety that whiffs on a running back is one thing. Whiffing on TL16 don’t understand that. Really bad angle and no recovery

And we didn’t shy away from throwing to Okudah’s side. He is very good.
