I agree that you want and should want to win. That said, that’s a lot of pressure for a rookie qb and comes across that he’ll do whatever to make sure HE looks good (bc that’s Urban) and not necessarily best for Trevor’s long term development and career. Let’s not forget Peyton was horrible his first year but they knew they were building a team for the future, not a 1 year plan. Jax won 1 game last year and urban needs to understand that. This isn’t college where he can buy his why to a title. Everyone spends money now and he’s arguably on a team that hasn’t historically spent much.
