Motivation and determination would have overcome this by now. There is no passion within this team this year and what passion the defense had, they sold out of it tonight.
This is frustrating and discouraging.

I’ve seen less talented teams at Clemson do better than this team. Say what you will, but there is no heart, desire, and motivation with this team right now. If there was, other teams would not be imposing their will on them.

It’s both. This team is not good. We’re starting to look like all those Texas Longhorns teams with tons of talent, but soft as hell. Dabo quit hiring the best available coaches on offense, and resigned himself to hiring his former players and friends. Until that’s corrected, and wholesale changes are made on the offensive staff, this is what you’ll continue to see. It sucks, but loyalty, and not winning, seems to be the priority.

Unfortunately is that not the head coaches fault? I told someone last week that I'm afraid that I watched Dabo rise and I'm watching his fall.

It's coaching. This is the most undisciplined team I've seen since the Bowden years. Players look unprepared. Dropping passes, missing blocks, DJ throwing the ball 15 feet over the WRs heads, Ross not giving full effort, stupid penalties (especially false starts). We know these kids are talented because we saw it before, so the only thing I can come up with is Dabo hired bad coaches.
