been able to view my daily energy usage via Duke's website. I have never seen system upgrades, that weren't needed, go so poorly. I fear I may soon lose what is left of my marbles.

who thought it was a good idea to to put a page of boilerplate info in between the two sets of information tat people actually need?

I would say they hired the T-net team for the updates but I don't want to antagonize the powers that be.
