to have been in the big house today. Old-school, smash-mouth football, in the snow... Haskins reminded me of Terry Allen running behind our OL back in the day. Dragging defenders, moving the pile and still falling forward for 3 more yards. The iconic Michigan helmets & fight song... good god amighty, that was college football at it's finest. Knocking off Ohio State is just icing on the cake.

thing ever for a defense. You know it's coming, but you can't stop it. It keeps the clock moving and your chances for a comeback diminish with every 1st down run. It doesn't matter how explosive your offense is, they can't get back on the field. This is how Danny Ford teams would crush opponents. Nothing fancy, just slowly suffocate them, like a boa constrictor wrapped around you.
