NC State is seven and two and ranked 19th, Clemson is six and three and unranked. Clemson played at NC State and lost a game in overtime. Pretty much a coin flip situation. Clemson’s other two losses are to #1 Georgia by 7, and # 22 Pitt by 10, One at a neutral site and one on the road. N.C. State lost to unranked Mississippi State and unranked Miami, both on the road. It makes absolutely no sense, the teams are pretty much equal, and Clemson is not even close to being ranked… if NC State had been playing in Clemson we probably would’ve won in overtime. NC State’s best win is Clemson lol, so I guess that’s why they are ranked? Such crap. And Alabama number two? Oh my god what a joke…

Just curious, who would you put ahead of Bama at #2?

With chips on the line, I wouldn't bet against Saban with this years Bama team against ANYBODY, and that includes Jawja. Kirby will find a way to s.natch defeat from the jaws of victory, he always does against Bama.

Man, I'm with you ... equilibrium in this world is that UGA is great in the regular season, but then K.Smart will balance it out by finding a way to foul it up in the SEC championship or playoffs. Take it to the bank.

The point with Kirby and Saban is to have so much talent they should NEVER lose. Kirby needs to have bought way more talent than Saban to beat him. Has he amassed that much this year? We’ll see..

Oklahoma and Cincinnati, they’re undefeated and have just as good of quality wins. I don’t buy into this SEC stuff, they are maybe slightly better than most conferences, but not much

Cincinnati would drop 2 if they were even in the ACC.
They are a good team though. So don’t discount that.
OU has been much like Clemson with wins that could have been losses. Difference is they have an offense.
