This is the worst start to a football season....

I have ever experienced.......and it has nothing to do with the play of our Tigers!! Football , be it high school, college or professional, is possibly the most popular sport/pastime on the planet and it is being "highjacked" in order to promote political agenda's. Regarding CFB, it can be said that the sport is even being held hostage by these agendas....and what's even worse, the so called governing body (NCAA) is leading this effort.
Political decisions and agendas belong in our political arenas (state capitols and nations capital) not in our football stadiums or governing bodies' office suites. Plus, coaches are even being brought into to this during their weekly press conferences with "baited" questions by the media......d@mn it, he should be talking about the upcoming game on the field, not the off field political crap.
Where does it end?

They say "look at my hand, watch my hand".....while they are "magically" using the other hand to make it happen......in other words, this is all a distraction.

Inequality is, unfortunately, a political issue for some.

I would love to hear how the rights of women who don't want to be in a restroom with a man are protected. I think the typical response is that a woman who felt this way were bigoted. If it is, please explain how it is bigotry.
It's about time to quit spouting rhetoric and address real issues.

Part II of the bill says that no city or county can require

its contractors NOT to discriminate against employees or customers based on sexual orientation or gender identity. Part III invalidates all current city and county ordinances protecting LGBT people from discrimination in private employment and public accommodations.
In 1996, The Supreme Court ruled in Evans v Romer that the clear legislative purpose of a similar law in Colorado was “inexplicable by anything but animus toward the class it affects" in other words one class of people don’t deserve or need rights or benefits available to everybody else. The Court ruled it was a violation of the Equal Protection Clause of the Constitution.

The NC legislature passed a bigoted law that was designed to deal with a non-issue, and now NC is paying the price, literally, for that. If you want to kick and scream, then go kick and scream at the legislature in NC.

handle it, vote out those that passed this legislation and repeal the law. Keep it out of our sports programs and yes, these sports are being highjacked because those unhappy with the law will not to the work to get those that supported it out of office.

Ridiculousness has immersed itself in every aspect of this country.... sad state of affairs. Actually makes me puke.
However, nothing can take away from the memories and the future history Tiger football will bring. There is something magic in these hills....
Let's go Tigers! Dabo Dances, Watson, Boulware, Renfrow, Williams, Ray Ray, Gallman, Cain, and the gang.... let's heal up, rebuild, and get those W's.
Go TIGers!

your own darn thinking and the heck with them. Our coaches would do better to shun them as they only want to bend what you say and create controversy . Do you thing and let the ######### stew in their own juice.
