Polls
Clemson got the good news yesterday that the Tigers finished 15th in the final coaches and AP polls this season. This marks the third straight season the Tigers have finished in the top 15 in both final polls.

The Tigers finished seventh in the coaches poll and eighth in the AP pol

It looks like a popularity contest to me.

Only one of two FBS teams to have ten win seasons in the last four years. And beat every national champion coach we have played under Dabo. That's ok. We know what we've got and where we are headed.

Most polls have the tigers at 10 or below. Let's beat the Noles and the Honey Bees next year and let this thing work itself out!!!

1 of 3 FBS programs and 1 of 4 overall, not 1 of 2.

FBS: Bama, Oregon, Clemson
FCS: Northern Illinois

Still a very strong statement. Now it just needs to continue for the next 5/6 years at least and let's see if the others can keep up. I would love to be able to throw it out that the Tigers were the winningest program in the country for the 10 year period from x to x, or at least one of the top 2 winningest programs in the country. Nothing would or could be worse for the coots than for us to have that level of continued success while they continue to spiral into a dumpster fire!!!!

Need at least 1 more NC to go,with that as well!!! I'm personally hoping for at least 4 CFB playoff spots over the next 6/8 years and 2 NC.

Nobody freak out over these polls.

ESPiN will have everyone convinced that at least 8 SEC teams belong in the top ten by summer's end.

There must be some spin to the Espin poll, since Bama at 10

is their highest ranked SEC team. Must be so they can say, "See, we don't have them ranked too high in the pre-season!" Then they will get the SEC pumping started.

Maybe MissSt will go 7-0 w/4 non-Big5 games and be #1.***
