Dabo’s tips on fatherhood from this past weekend.

This has likely already been posted/linked/talked about but this is the first time I’ve logged in since I took my 7 year old son to Clemson for the first time (shame on me) this past weekend.
We went to the baseball game Friday night (great crowd in spite of the weather and the squandered opportunities), then went to AllPro Dad event in Death Valley Saturday morning and capped the weekend off with the basketball game against UNC. My son kept telling me, Clemson won’t win (at the UNC game towards the end), and I, like an idiot, said, you never know....turns out he was right and he got to see, in person, the ACC officiating that he will now see the rest of his life.
He came in not knowing Clemson, and he left wearing a Clemson football helmet that I could not talk him out of buying from Tiger Sports Shop.
The reason for this post is that after our event on the field Saturday morning, Dabo came out to talk to the 1,200 fathers/sons in attendance with his advice on fatherhood and it hit home with me. Of course I admire Dabo for all he has done (on and off the field), but this 10 minutes that he gave of his time to these strangers (with his team practicing behind him) was as Dabo as it gets.
I couldn’t figure out how to post this on T-Net w/out getting 1,000 errors so I had to create a YouTube channel—please don’t feel like I”m looking for “likes” or comments....just want you all to be able to see/hear what we got to.

Thanks for posting. I was looking forward to the video but was turned off due to strong religious undertone. Not knocking it, just prefer he wasn't so in your face about Jesus. Go Tigers

There should be a channel Clemson has of all of those. Thanks for posting. It gave me something to thing about as a grandfather too
