I'll try to help you out with this. If a UGA player (or anyone for that matter) commits a crime, they should be prosecuted. I can say that about a Georgia player because unlike you, I don't live a delusion where I think the conduct of someone playing for the team I root for says anything about me. You and some others here have bought into the delusion that its impossible DW could be guilty - because he played at Clemson. It smacks in the face of the "character" narrative you want to parade. You can't have that, so it must be the case that this was all a conspiracy. In your view, accusing DW of this is same as accusing Clemson. One has nothing to do with the other. But if you want to continue to live your life as if you actually know anything about your players or coaches, have at it.

correct? What court convicted DW? They all threw the cases out. Now, is he guilty of bad judgment and crude behavior? Sure, who on here is arguing otherwise? Who is saying there should be no penalty for his actions? It's settled, he sits 6 games. Very few are saying that's over the top.
A few are rightly pointing out the hypocrisy of the NFL in regards to a similar situation involving Robert Kraft

striperfan. Anytime you ask AFDAWG® to support his claims with any data, he’s gone in a poof, never to respond. On this very subject alone he has responded to numerous threads, endlessly blurring the difference between crime/conviction of said crime and the court of public opinion. The fact is no one here defends DW’s terrible judgment, but also haven’t hesitated to point out the hypocritical actions of NFL or snap back at the trollings’ of fans from other programs. One thing isn’t like the other and he’s not willing to admit he’s just a common troll to that end. Otherwise, what kind of a fan/person would have the nads to even broach the subject when they’ve got one of there own indicted for rape as we speak. Not to mention the routine arrests over the years for all the other activities the school couldn’t get them out of.

Fans relate to players. Character does matter. Morality matters. It may not matter as much to vile people cause those criminals are like them. A coach and players have to be as careful with their image because it matters. I ain’t gonna be pulling for no sick rapist, or any team that I find out tried to cover it up and sweep it under the rug. Winning by improper means is a tact of a loser. Even if they are awarded the crown they are still losers.

the man unduly. The criminal courts have elected not to prosecute him, he has reached out of court civil settlements with those he has dispute with and his employer has sanctioned him. Those who prattle endlessly after the system has followed it's course I believe are just piling on like a bunch of hyenas and I will call them out as such.

You created a new thread attacking me and suggesting I should explain why DW wasn't indicted and why UGA players have to resort to rape. News of DW's punishment broke this morning. Commentary on that hardly seems like "endless prattle" you're responsible to correct.

Absolutely no one disputes DW4 used poor judgement. Poor judgement is not a crime as confirmed by two grand juries who decided not to press charges. So we get to the parameters of the question. Did he ask to pay for sex or did he try to force the sex? Did he continue after being told no? Did any of the "therapist" report him at the time of the incident? Did the therapist continue to provide services after the first occurrence?
He used poor judgement and has paid a steep price as he already sat a year plus he permanently tarnished a spotless reputation.

Bottom line, DW should and will be able to play fball after six games or really 23 games. He didn't rape anyone, was not convicted in a court for a crime, did use bad judgment in which he is having to pay dearly for. I do not have respect for those that took the payout. If you are truly hurt, then keep it going until you get justice versus going until you get paid. I don't like it one bit and that is not because he is a Clemson Tiger, it's because that's how I feel about it. If you are so betrayed, don't let dollars fix that betrayal for you and then you go away.
