Last year has very little to do with this year though. I really don't think Cincy is all that great, but it's hard to argue against them making it this year because it's really hard to argue for anyone else at the #4 spot after Georgia, Ohio State, and Bama currently, and even Bama will be harder to argue if they lose to Georgia.

it does not matter if they can play with the Big Bo ,but two things are for sure;
1)You never know until they play.
2)If they are undefeated at season 's end they did all that was asked of them ,and they need to be considered, especially if there is a power 5 conference team with two losses.
