It's a paraphrase of a quote:
“Anybody that's threatened by what I’ve said, that is because you're only threatened because you're guilty,”
Johnson added.
That was said by a man who using the tortured logic of presumed guilt of others to justify his threats.
And repeating the notion without context or explanation surely reads as you agreeing.

Don’t agree at all, I just know FBcoach thinks people that tear down the gate at the front of your neighborhood, stand in front of your house and threaten you; are peaceful people. But now he wants felonies for phone calls.

He wants it to only apply if Maga nation (Hooa, long live Maga!) does the threatening. If it's NFAC (the Not uFcking Around Coalition) threatening conservative workers that is not a problem.
