It's based on a points system starting with the 1998 season and I can assure you they didn't take the time to alter their points system to ensure that Clemson wasn't well represented...

We flirted with being a top 25 program from 1998-2010.

Silly, subjective preseason puff piece written by a guy that is tough to take seriously. Clemson has produced the 5th or 6th most draft picks in the last 10 years. That's pretty good in my book. Of note, I don't think any of the schools listed in the Top 5 for QB's produced a better QB that Watson or Lawrence in recent memory. None of the four QB's listed for Bama would start ahead of Watson/Lawrence on any NFL team. Them's just facts.
