Alabama vs Clemson Recruiting!!!

Right now both teams are super hot on the recruiting trail. But Alabama is landing huge commitments here recently. From a couple top 100 players. We have landed some solid players but a also some guys that are 3 stars low 4 stars. We have no o-line commitments yet while they have 2 in the top 50. Should we be worried as Clemson fans?

They get the #1 class every year. Dabo didn’t need a single #1 class to beat them in 2016. We were also the better team in 2015 we just had injuries and got out coached. Saban knew he got away with one. Last year they outclassed us but last year we weren’t even supposed to make the playoffs because of a rebuilt offense. If recruit ranking is supposed to determine the national champion then we should not have beaten them for a national championship. Heck we shouldn’t have even beaten FSU the last three years. Seems like a troll post to me.

No troll at all! I look here every day and read a ton of post and follow this page very hard. Just do not post often. Def check this page several times a day! I’m a huge tiger fan always have been and always will be. #allin I’m confused as to why every time some post something out of curiosity everyone thinks they are are a troll.

Where have you been? Dabo is recruiting lights out. We picked up the #1 player from six different states last year including ALABAMA.
Also if you knew recruiting you would also know that SEC rankings are inflated by over signing. The fact that Dabo doesn’t oversign, takes lower rated players, GRADUATES them, DISCIPLINES them, develops them and still goes toe to toe with the best in the nation and wins speaks volumes. Any true tiger fan knows this. Ohio State out recruits us on paper too. How does that work out for them?

I’m having a hard time understanding why you only include clemson and bama in this thread as if those two are in a class of their own? There are 10 teams who rank overall ahead of Clemson over the last 5 years, bama is merely one of them. Ohio State is #2 which I know most in here just love, and FSU is #3 nationally over the last 5 years, which we all also love to hear. Anyway, the point in this is that we’ve seen Dabo repeatedly do more with less so who cares? He will get the guys he needs to be competitive at the highest level. I’m not worried.

I think the fact that got to realize is that Dabo doesn’t oversign that many guys and try to grayshirt the ones that don’t work out like Saban does. Dabo does it the right way, and I can promise you his talent analysis is on par with Saban’s. I’m not worried about what recruits Alabama picks up in April, because it’s just that-April. Long ways to go before early signing period.
