It is 2003. It is Bobby Bowden's Birthday. Rumors are flying around about his son Tommy's status at Clemson. And the number 3 team in the nation the Florida State Seminoles come into DEATH VALLEY with the wagons circled by Tiger Fans. The result is a 26-10 win on a LOUD and memorable night in the VALLEY. Go Tigers!!!

I was there. My roommate climbed up one of the uprights of the goal post and ended up on the front page of USA Today sports section. It was fun until the pepper spray came out. The goalpost ended up in the pond in front of the library.

Looking at that scoreboard compared to the giant now is rather funny.

I was 13 and at this game. I remember how mad I was that my dad wouldn't let me go help tear down the goal posts lol looking back he probably made the right call

I was there. Other than the Wake Forest Gaines Adams (RIP) game, that was some of the most fun I’ve ever had at a game and the field afterwards was insane. Hoping for the same on Saturday.

Then, the week before we had lost soundly to WFU. TBowden gathered the troops to go on to beat FSU, Duke, the coots in the revered 63-17 game, and knock Rocky Top off in the Peach Bowl. Great way to end off the season!
