I would like to see the latest tweets from the Twitter users that I follow, not what the Twitter algorithm tells me to see.

Why would you have an objection to that? Bizarre.

It's literally a 2 step process from the home page. Why is him informing Twitter users how to use a feature of Twitter a bad thing?

I have no objections to folks turning off the algorithm. I have no social media, myself. I turned mine off years ago.
